STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK & GRIEVANCES
Please email sales@pyzelsurfboards.com with the subject line "Stakeholder Grievance.", include your relationship to Pyzel (customer, employee, supplier, etc), a description of your concern and any supporting information you'd like to share. Providing your name is optional.
Within 5 business days of receiveing your submission/concern, it will be acknowledged, reviewed, investigated if necessary and we we'll work toward a resolution. Our goal is to respond within 30 business days, though more complex matters may take longer.
If we determine that a submission does not fall within the scope of this grievance process, we will explain why. The Operations Manager is responsible for receiving, documenting, investigating, and coordinating responses to stakeholder grievances. When appropriate, management may involve other team members in the investigation.
All grievances will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Pyzel Surfboards prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
