When do I start earning 4% back on my orders?
Once you've spent a cumulative of $500 or more on pyzelsurfboards.com.
This $500 threshold can be achieved through your first individual orders, or multiple orders over time!
Will I receive 4% back on my first $500 I spent to gain Pyzel Plus+ access?
Yes, you will be rewarded these points back once you've reached this $500 threshold.
How do I receive early access to new Pyzel models?
Early model access will be sent out via email to the email address associated to your account. Keep an eye out on emails from Pyzel Plus+!
How soon after placing my order will I receive my 4% credit back in my Pyzel Plus+ account?
Your 4% back will be rewarded after the 30 days from the day your order was fulfilled.
From when your order is shipped or picked up, customers have a 30 day return window for their items. If there are no returns made within that window, your 4% credit will be automatically uploaded into your Pyzel Plus+ account!
Will my balance/credit last forever?
Your Pyzel Plus+ balance will only last 1 year after the date it was granted. We recommend using your blaance sooner so you don't forget!
Can I earn points on an order I placed a while ago?
Unfortunately we can not grant any credit for orders placed before May 7th 2025.
Are there any orders I won't receive 4% back on?
Yes, the only orders you won't receive 4% back on are orders under $25 or items that were returned within the 30 day return window.
Please note that the credit to your account is based on a $25 spend increment, therefore for every $25 you spent, you will receive 1 full point. No partial points will be credited to your account.
