Custom Surfboard Rush Fee

While we build surfboards for our partners, team, stores, and other stock, this process can take a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 12 weeks depending on the model or other options added. 

With rushed production, we can move your board up the priority list and get your order card into the hands of each of our builders immediately, getting you your new Pyzel custom surfboard in time for your surf trip or next swell. Below are estimated time frames your custom will be completed by and ready for pickup/shipping (shipping not included). 

2 WEEKS / 10 BUSINESS DAYS - Clear PU (no airspray/resin tint)

3 WEEKS / 15 BUSINESS DAYS - PU (with airspray/resin tint)

4 WEEKS / 20 BUSINESS DAYS - EPS/PADILLAC (no airspray/resin tint)

5 WEEKS / 25 BUSINESS DAYS - EPS/PADILLAC (with airspray/resin tint)

Add this product into your cart with your custom surfboard order and make sure to leave the date you need the board by in the comments. Our team will reach out to you immediately once your order is placed and proceed from there. 

Any rushed/priority shipping options will need to be paid by the customer. Choose the best shipping option for you and once your board is done, we will invoice the difference IF you will still need priority shipping(overnight, 2-day, etc). 

*This fee is 100% refundable if our team is not able to build your board in the time agreed upon! Holidays are not included in the business day deadlines above.
