From Rhode Island to Oahu's North Shore, Mia Chiappone manages the day-to-day operations of our Waialua factory with the brightest smile & surfboard-loving attitude! She somehow manages to fit social media/marketing manager into her work days while also dropping fresh tie-dyed tee's (see below) and custom board cloths.

Days off for Mia normally consist of tie-dyeing, free dives around the island or just chillin' at the beach with her people (& Red Tiger of course). Mia has been a crucial part of our North America Pyzel Surfboards crew and we are super proud to have her on board, so next time you see her around the factory or in the water say whatsup and thank her for us!
