TJ Metcalf or 'Unkoteej' is the man behind the scenes of everyday business at our Oceanside, CA factory. Simply put, TJ keeps the wheels turning & lights on.

TJ's near decade of employment has required a heavy load of hard work, time & energy that gives Pyzel not only a consistent workplace for our employees but positive relationships with anyone walking in our doors. If you've ever done any business with our Calfornia factory over the years, chances are you've been helped by TJ as the guy has worn all the hats in our small surfboard business.

With power turns almost as big as his gear, you'll normally find TJ paddling out at the Pier at dawn during the week, boarding Mammoth in the winters or knocking back some Coors with his boys for sundays on the green. TJ is a cruial part of our business and we have been stoked to have him onboard for almost a decade.
